How long are you going for?

Stag do? If so, I can heartily recommend "Crazy Horse 2" your friendly local cabbie will be able to direct you.

The Gun Store will let you shoot all manner of automatic weapons if that's your thing.

        Stratosphere ride - good.

Bellagio Fountains - ladies love it, men are more "meh".

        A show of your choosing.

        Club scene is good.

Best time for sleeping is around 0600-1200.

Mandalay Bay doesn't have a casino but does have a nice pool area.

I would also recommend not getting so drunk that you can actually see you hotel but are too incapacitated to get over the road and book into the motel6 right next door.

Just got back from a massive Roadtrip, including Vegas.
Now here's the law in Nevada: escort services or prostitution or however you wish to call it is illegal in Las Vegas itself, but not in the rest of Nevada, small places like Beaty etc.
Now here's the real kicker, in those places there are 'farms' where you go, pick up from like 30 girls and the rates start from $75 (that's what five pounds or sth these days?)

Also you don't want to be using public transport or walking, so if you don't plan on being drunk 24/7 rent a car.

Also ++ on Motel6 great service for a low price. But for more fun, you could try Hostels like Todd's just north of the strip. They've got their own swimming pool too (like almost any place does there).

              Vegas? September?

How about Manilow, Cher, Cirque du soleil...

              Crazy place, lots to do.

The reverse static bungee on top of Statosphere is good.

I did that last time I was there, shot a Sig Sauer and and MP5. Excellent fun

I can recommend putting large amounts on black on the roulette

Luxor was cool when I went many years ago - "incinator" lifts were a novelty. Especially after a few free JDs and Malboro's on the Blackjack tables.

Luxor is a bit run down now, reminded me of council flats inside the pyramid.

I would stay at Casears if going again, also it is a more central location.

                    Trips:
Copter trip of Grand Canyon - don't take the plane, you get a rubbish view apparently. Our trip landed in the Canyon & you had a champagne breakfast

Hoover Dam - guided tour, quite interesting

Black Canyon Trip - http://blackcanyonadventures.com/ - this was the best thing we did, it's a really calm boat trip stopping at interesting places down the canyon

Star Trek - The Experiance @ the Hilton, quite a fun 4D Borg Invasion ride

                    Food:
Picasso's at Bellagio if you feel like splashing out, fine dining with actual Picassio pictures behind you

Don't go off the strip - one block off the strip and it is quite dangerous, some taxi drivers refuse to take you into certain areas
