        I think it's a question of precedence:

        - a geeky nerd is a poor guy (they are usually male aren't they) who was quite nerdish as a youth and found refuge in a geeky world.
        - whereas a nerdy geek is a poor guy (male again, sorry) who was quite geeky as a youth and found refuge in a nerdy world.

        Hope that clears it.
        Chico, what time is it?

I think you are abusing the terms.

A nerd is a generic term for anyone with specialised interests and abilities.
A geek is a specialised term for a nerd who specialises in technology.
So geeky nerd is OK but nerdy geek doesnt work.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

I would extend the definition of nerd to include weird but non-threatening males.

I, on the other hand, am a pervy nerd. HTH.

              Good grief... listen to yourselves....

(I tried "read yourselves" but it just didn't work)

I reckon it was a picture of Saddam when he was hiding - good disguise though...
