    Japanese Whisky

Anyone tried this? If so, what is your view?

My current fav is Dalwhinney, 15yr old, closely followed by Glenfiddich 21yr old.

Do fancy trying a Jap whisky, but only like smooth and Scotch type Whiskys.

I didn't say it was your ******* fault, I said I was blaming you!

Tried some in tokyo last year and was suitably impressed. You can get some of the better bottles in a few places in london now.

They are doing some really good stuff over there. The Yoichi 20 just won best malt in the world (the first non scotish to do so). Its expensive, but Im sure you can stick "2 x Yoichi 20" through the books without hector noticing.

If you prefer the softer blended stuff, try the Suntory Hibiki.
