    Isn't it more like Robin Hood in reverse? The (working) poor are having cash stolen from them by government - it's just like Thatcher all over again.

      That’s the purpose of the national lottery: redistribution of wealth from the poor to the middle classes.
      How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
