        I am not sure that his plans to give everyone who lives on their own a geranium to talk to his going to help much. Also, the free rice pudding is going to cost a fortune. OK, it’ll do wonders for the UK dairy industry but we still have to import the rice and that is going up as fast as wheat and oil.

        I suspect he is trying to dodge going to gaol by claiming insanity as a defence.
        How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

          Only 94 MPs took part and were willing to confirm their mental state. That makes me worry that the remainder think they are perfectly sane.
