Depends, was it a timewaster or a good lead? There's never a bad time for a decent lead on a good contract. If it was a timewaster, bawl him out, if not, say yes until they actually have you an interview.

Nope! 'twas a dev gig & the agent in question has been told time & time again, whilst I have VB on the skillset, I'm not a developer! *sigh*
