    The nature of bulletin boards, para. 13 onwards:
    • "...uninhibited, casual and ill thought out" - CHECK
    • "...akin to slanders" - CHECK
    • "...mere vulgar abuse" - CHECK
    • "...people are just saying the first thing that comes into their heads" - CHECK

      How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

            Mystery to me. Why was he exempt from court fees? Why would the solicitors represent him on a conditional fee arrangement with that sort of case? Wasn't it relevant that his proper name was not known? How can one slander an avatar?

            PS I am searching CUK for any previous nasty comments about me and will sue you all.
