I chained myself to a mortgage slightly over a year ago, and no doubt my house has gone down slightly, and probably has more to go.
Been on the bench for 3 months now, and certainly feeling a little nervous about future gigs , although I did make the wise judgement of putting aside a years worth of rainy day money.
My view - unless you have to sell in the next couple of years then the value of your house is not really important.Comment
