    The contractor lifestyle

Sadly diminished by the look of it, when people post congratulations to themselves and each other, just on having a contract.

This place, and probably contracting itself, are not what they used to be.

I bought a reduced, out of date, economy pack of sandwiches last week.

        Boomed!

The contractor lifestyle, you can't beat it.

sign of the times I am sure.

Having said that if you can get a client who lets you spend all day posting on here why not celebrate the extension

also I am not sure how many on here are super rich and how many just have a good lifestyle from contracting - problem is how much money do you need in the bank to retire at 35? given the current cost of living and possible future rises must be a min of £ 1 million?

I hope he enjoyed the bottle of single malt I bought him.
