Brown gave us an end to boom and bust. At least he would have done if it wasn't for the global economyComment

Increased immigration has helped and was a good idea Well, for a while you could get a Polish plumber - 'til they got fed up with living in a 3rd world country.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

The main improvement has been the proliferation of "Starbucks Coffee" shops to get our quick fix to try and make us forget about the drugedgy of it all.
Apart from that still the same olde tulip:
* bad transport
* education in decline
* benefits system spiralling out of control
* sleep walking into a CCTV big brother state with increased personal
interference by the government.
* No job security in an 'open economy' which strangely seems to allow any
Tom, Dick or Harry from the World come in and fill jobs (even America
protects their own labour market).
* Crime on the increase especially juvenille crime / gun crime.Comment
