Immediate death sentence for second offence drug dealers.
Preferably a long slow and extremely painful one
Minimum 5 year (served) sentence for 1st time offenders
Minimum 1 year hard labour sentence for anybody caught purchasing drugs for personal use.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment
