        but he would be paying his tax's in the UK - and having the job in the first place wound imply he is alowed to work in the UK - so whats the problem?

          All right, a bit radical I know.
          If the call-centre was in India (which I believe is implied in wc2's post) then he wouldn't be paying UK taxes, he would just be taking another UK job.
