    lenders now appear to have become a bit more relaxed about lending than they were earlier in the year, with the cost of loans where customers put down a 5% deposit also becoming cheaper.

      Got a letter through the door this morning one of me BTL mortgages is now reduced while the rent went up for the last tenant ^^^ BOOM ^^^

          If the official inflation rate is 5% (and with the true rate probably nearer double that) and with interests rates at only 6%, surely it's time to remortgage again? Happy days are here again, you never had it so good, boomed, etc.
