    Classic American TV kids programme that was on Saturday British TV... it was quirky and crazy and hilarious ...

          Marine Boy and Battle of the Planets... oh, and Robinson Crusoe, now they were proper Saturday morning treats. TISWAS was poo.

              yeah who can ever forget cartoon "Arabian Nights" and the wierd and wonderful Japanese puppet space drama "Starfleet" featuring a transexual villan (as did "Battle of The Planets").

              And also "The Monkees".

              Many of these were repeats mind you during the early 80s. During the era of television where they used to put 'Stan & Ollie" and "Harrold LLoyd" on BBC2.
