    20/80 I'm a contractor, I can achieve more in my 20% than a permie's 150%.

80/20 I really should be paid a lot more for this, I need a holiday.

The equivalent of 5 permies or 1/2 a trained monkey, whichever is less.

Fair point, it was an idle question really, not a complaint or anything

20/80. So long as they insist on paying me buy (sic) the hour, that will continue.

Don't really know and the current project confuses the hell out of me. They're running Agile with iterations and scrums, etc. and when putting down the time it takes to do a task, one hour work actually equals 2 hours. So if I say its going to take me 12 hours to build and configure a zLinux system with DB2, LDAP, WAS, IHS, TADDM, CCMDB and BCPM then that goes down as 24 hours and they freak out that it won't fit in the iteration. So I actually work at 200%
