Don't really know and the current project confuses the hell out of me. They're running Agile with iterations and scrums, etc. and when putting down the time it takes to do a task, one hour work actually equals 2 hours. So if I say its going to take me 12 hours to build and configure a zLinux system with DB2, LDAP, WAS, IHS, TADDM, CCMDB and BCPM then that goes down as 24 hours and they freak out that it won't fit in the iteration.
