    Extradition

When you're extradited, do you get a visa? And as the US are planning for him to stay for more than 3 months, will they give him a green card?

He'll be a new man after that stay
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I still don't understand how something he did in London gets him extradited to a country he's never been in, to stand trial in one of their courts. If he's broken English Law, try him in London; if not, let him alone.

        Interesting point.

If I launch a missile from here and it hits the USA, should I be tried in the UK (where the missile was launched) or the USA (where the damage was done)?

Good answer. If I am in a non-smoking train but my head is outside the window smoking a cigarette, am I smoking on the train?

That depends if there's an express train passing in the other direction and you're smoking out of the trackside window. At the least you would then be smoking on the train.
