Which way should Britain go?
At the rate Sterling is collapsing, I think adopting the Euro.
I went to Hungary a few weeks ago - bought some Forints at HRX at 262Ft to the £. It was cheaper to buy fuel in the UK with that sterling than it was in Hungary. (normally 370Ft to 420Ft peak)
Now that was scary...If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers. -

I know it is a remote possibility - but it could happen."Condoms should come with a free pack of earplugs."Comment

Despite my facetious reply to dear Dodgy, I think there may be desirable economics for our export trade for this to be true. But I don't know about such things as macroeconomics and M3 money supply, perhaps someone more enlightened can explain? If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment

Set up by ourselves.
The Aussies and Canucks make their own Laws, control their own Borders and set their own Foreign policy. And all with smaller populatiions and GDP than the UK.
Why can't we be more like them?Comment
