I posted the land registry figures on here a couple of weeks ago that showed Glasgow had fallen 12%, Norfolk by about 5% if I remember correctly, but my area had still risen by about 1% over the past year. Land registry figures are the most accurate because they are actual sale prices.Comment

Maybe, but that argument can also be applied to other sources of figures, and additionally, new builds are in the minority of sales, except perhaps those at the lowest level such as studio flats etc.
Therefore, I don't think the figures are skewed that much.Comment
