Would that be before keeling over in a faint, Dear? :wink

I'd take it easy, exercising without the fuel on board is asking for trouble

(says one who had to pick hubby up from hospital when he fainted at work... :eyes)

Good point. Hadn't thought of it like that.

Perhaps we should start other threads such as 'My Shoes' or 'My Underwear' so we get that little extra bit of insight into the lives of the congregation.

OK - decided just to go to sauna, when am not able to drink my hot drinks I end up feeling very cold by lunch time, so sauna really warms me up and enables me to go one in the afternoon... only today I was dropping off to sleep when in the sauna.

Islamic countries invented various forms of sauna and steam rooms - AKA turkish baths.... only in the olden days there were women only saunas.

No, but I might be eating there on Thursday, as it happens.

Last couple of times I've walked past (lunchtimes) there have been no queues!
