UK : the next failed state ?
As for the NHS: as crap as it is, anyone of us who has had to face the bills for health care everywhere else in the world will know it's value.
It is why the worlds poor flock to the UK and do crap jobs just to qualify for free health care, plus get free education for their children.How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
