It’s all those short-term speculants ‘surfing’ the internet. They should only allow DNS servers to respond to one request per day for each user.How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

My internet connection has been pants since I started extolling the virtues of using 3g on here and said Three (the provider) were good - since then it's been wank. Typical.Comment

There is now a smart filter on the internet, you will find you can not access those sites that are too intellectual or simply beyond your capabilities.
I am surprised you can still get on here.I am not qualified to give the above advice!
