Hi All,
My question is this.
I've just picked up a contract at a consultancy, working for their client on the client site.
Now, the actual work to be undertaken is to do anything and everything the client wants, and may well change from month to month.
The contract is with the consultancy, and its very much a standard "Provides Consultancy on areas of expertise as required".
In light of all the recent hoo-haa about working practices etc, does anyone have any ideas about whether or not this falls into IR35 or not? I think it probably does personally.
Any help would be gratefully received!
Pingu
