    Quick Canvass Of Opinion

My BTL has been up for sale for 6 months. I don't need the cash. It was on for 290. Been offered 275 - do I sell?
...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

Use the low prices to add to your position.

        BUY, BUY, BUY.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I'll buy for £2.90. Or do you mean £290? Can probably stretch that far too.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Yes. If the sale price is still more than you've paid, I'd sell it.

Me BTL has people queuing outside the door wanting accommodation. May I ask what provoked you to sell?

What is the rental yield compared to the savings rate you can get with the equity?

Banks will collapse running away with all your savings, bricks in mortar however - that'll take an earthquake.

Too big and in wrong area. Will look at market and buy back in later or close the company and take cash.
