    I dont normally go on about "women's things" but honestly I'm in so much pain today

              Not based on Mrs B's experience they don't. She does say inflicting physical pain on others seems to relieve the symptoms though I can;t recommend it personally

                    worked for missus opm she used to faint during her monthlies

                    always made a trip down the motorway that bit more exciting if she was driving!

                    (seriously mind you I do have sympathy but not a lot I can do!)

                    and no you cannot kick me in the knackers to see if that helps relieve your pain
