I dont normally go on about "women's things" but honestly I'm in so much pain today :(

I feel like I've got wire mesh stuck up there :tantrum:

Not based on Mrs B's experience they don't. She does say inflicting physical pain on others seems to relieve the symptoms though I can;t recommend it personally :eek

worked for missus opm she used to faint during her monthlies

always made a trip down the motorway that bit more exciting if she was driving!

(seriously mind you I do have sympathy but not a lot I can do!)

and no you cannot kick me in the knackers to see if that helps relieve your pain

You think we've got it easy? You only have to cope with the internal symptoms. We have to cope with the external ones (and you can't pop a couple of pain killers to get rid of those).
