Permie senior manager just asked me (very politely I might add) if I would mind sending him a copy of my CV.

In light of the current 'uncertain times' he wants to update his CV and he thought I would have a good version that he could look at.

Actually, I have seen a couple of them folding bikes knocking about here, so it could be him...

A PM I know working for a large telco has been given 4 weeks notice and asked me about contracting. I gave him encouraging noises but didn't want to depress him too much with reports that the PM market is more pants than other others.
Cooking doesn't get tougher than this.

                  Indeed.

He probably has access to the personal info anyway, but I removed those.

Quite true, sadly. That is what I do.

A quick search using CUK's contract search wizard:

                    Keywords: "project manager"
                    Posted: Today

All other fields blank (so all locations being searched).

                    Returned results: 4

                    4!!!!!!!!!!!
