    Investment Opportunity

I’m starting a new fund to provide funding for West Africans gain access to bank accounts that are held in the names of dead relatives, but need someone to front some money to get the money released.

With interest rates, stocks and commodities falling rapidly the search for yield is very important. The relative risk of this fund is very low. In fact risk in an absolute since is very low as we can predict the returns to investors with a very high degree of certainty.

The issue of poverty in Africa is very important to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Mr Gordon Brown, and this fund will do a great deal to alleviate it.

Please indicate below your willingness to participate in this fund.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I'll subscribe, only my bank needs a $5,000 dollar facilitation fee to send the money to you. If you can send this to me via Western Union I'll make the appropriate arrangements.
