                  Every cut increases my disposable income so the answer is an obvious YES. I would have preferred a much higher cut, but this is a start.

                  They should have done this a year ago and also offered Northern Rock the same terms as the banks have today and nationalisation would have been avoided. Unfortunately, we had a government of ignorant novices a year ago, who just did not understand the importance of the Banking System!!
