    Dow Jones Up!

    If ever there was a reason for regulation it's what just happened on the Dow.

    800 Points down, lowest for 10 years. Then shoots up to positive in under 30 minutes.

    The rich get richer and the poor get shafted!

    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

      Nah, that (the fluctuation) is a reason for *no* regulation - The cowardly panicky sheep get shafted, and the bold (or lucky) get richer, while it finds its natural level.
