    Idiots guide to the shock market.

    1.5v torch battery - up 45pc
    15 volt, medium current (car battery) - up 23pc
    240 volt mains AC - not as popular, down 12pc
    11,000 volt vandalised substation - steady at 0pc
    1 billion volt lightning stike - too rare

    On a point of order - car batteries are nominally 12 volt, and the mains struugles to reach 240 volts most places these days - European harmonisation and all that.
