    Could be, but he would have had to either be a very young pilot or fallen through a time warp to be the same guy from 1991.
    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

              On Easyjet, I think it's a requirement - at least it seems that way the way most of them fly

                Mrs T used to work at E-Z-Jet. One of their newbie-but-very-cheap-pilots managed to scrape the underside of the tail on take off, but somehow they managed to hush it up....
