Who is that daft woman on the Politics Show?

Some lady from the Treasury I think... I've seen Cameron & Brown answer questions more directly. What's the point of having someone who won't answer one single question?

If you had to take a shot every time she said "global" you might be dead by the time Working Lunch starts...

The days of politicians engaging in challenging and revealing "mental chess" battles are long gone; these days it's just a case of repeating party mantra until the credits roll, or simply evade, dodge, spin and, generally, play mental tiddly winks with one's equally dire opponent.

I had an idea for a TV show called "Answer the question".
It would involve politicians being put on the spot by the audience.
The audience would have buttons to switch off the speakers mike if they were drifting. When enough had pressed the mike would go off and the audience would shout "answer the question". If they failed to do so in their next sentence they get dunked/gunged/whatever.
I can't see too many MPs or Ministers joining in though.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!
