Maybe they should get someone to build them some sea defences?

Looking at the aerial shot, I find it hard to believe they've crammed 1200 properties on there. You'll get more space in an innercity tower block.

Looks like a burglars paradise to me. Block off the road to the mainland so the rozzers can't get on, and use a boat as a getaway. I'm sure the rozzers are too busy chasing motorists to be chasing boatists.

Maybe Guy Ritchie is planning it for his next movie. Does Madonna have a place on there?
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

Maybe motorists includes bikes and other forms of motorised vehicles the rozzers like pulling, not just cars.

Unless you've got one of the big houses with it's own beach, I can't really see the appeal. Lots of those 1200 properties are flats (sorry, Luxury Apartments) which really doesn't appeal.

None of the houses have their own beach, all the beaches are puplic. Sandbanks is for chaves made good. The area is only nice in the summer but then it gets too crowded. Anyone who comes from sandbanks will have loads of bling and a dodgy past.
