    quantum of solace

Thought it was rather good despite what the critics say. Sure it was no Oscar winner and neither was it an attempt to do so. The story was a good continuation to the inside psychology of Mr bond. I'd recommend it... Daniel Craig is good...

A few people did walk out mid-way right enough. They were wearing shell-suits and baseball caps...

Are there stupid Russians in it who say - "I am invincible!"?

      Nope, only on here.
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

First 60 mins was ok - rest very poor - def amongst the poorest of Bond movies.

        Not impressed.

Saw this last night and thought that it made very hard viewing. As a fan of bond I tried hard to pay attention to what was going on. But my partner was totally lost by the plot and the incessant killing (and the motives)

Also I found a lot of the action totally unbelievable! Like how he (bond) escapes from 4 highly trained MI6 offices whilst he is in handcuffs.....and the burning building inferno, etc, etc

Wasn't awful but was a great let down...

Totally agree mate. The inferno was a joke as was the initial fight scence on the crane like things. Not sure if there is a new team in the production but they need to get rid of them.

The story in itself was pretty simple for IMHO it was just Bond addressing his emotions and demons on how to deal with Vespa's death but I reckon we all could have got a better script related to the UK Economy as well!

I quite liked it as a film. Not sure as a part of the Bond franchise though. My wife couldn't follow the plot - she was lost within the first 10 minutes, but just liked to look at Daniel Craig.

I think you have to see it in the the context of Casino Royale, if you haven't watched it recently you're bound to get lost.

As to the others complaining about stunts - it's Bond FFS.

I watched it last night, thought it was pretty good but not a patch on Moonraker.
