    Dear agony aunt

I've got a stinking cold, and would rather be at home in bed with a nice warm bottle of whisky. But, needs must, I'm a contractor so I'm at client site. Last time I caught such a bug, I also came into the office, and as a result all the permies got colds, and were off sick for days - which meant I had to pick up their work, and hence bill even more days.

The problem is, I feel a tiny bit guilty about this. What can I do to assuage these un-contractor like feelings?
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

Submit an invoice and count the cash, it makes you feel infinitely better.

Just think of your invoice amt. being paid into you bank account and when the permies are off they get paid!

            Nostrildamus make the following prediction

1 In a week half your colleagues will be off with a cold
2 You will pick up half their work
3 You will come out smelling of roses and will make contractors look ace

Of course there was an ask BrilloPad thread once - but I realized next to Beaker I would always be an amateur.
