When I tell loan companies I'm a Full Time Employed Company Director they can't lend me money quick enough. Otherwise try Zopa.

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

If you are serious, they he is not a contractor but an employer of the umbrella company.

                  Correct, but employee not employer.

If he works through an Umbrella he's every bit as employed as any other employee so it shouldn't be an issue that he's a contractor.
