Lean meat, tasty, treat a bit like steak, rare, medium or ruined.
Delicate flavour, don't over season or serve with anything with too strong a taste or it gets overwhelmed.

Nice in a pie, grilled, roasted or barbequed.

I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

Damn immigrants causing trouble again. Send the home.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
