How do you learn new skills? books? CBT?

I teach for Learning Tree, it is one of the things I do.

How do I learn new skills? Well generally I help invent the new skill in the first place.

What's wrong with Learning Tree? Never used them myself but would be interested to know.

I used to wind mates up by sending them learning tree bumf to their houses addressed to people like:

Iloved Icks

I've used learning tree - they have done me ok - yes it was a few years ago though - 3-4.
