The figures will allways be massaged, they have been since the 1980s when people were shifted from unemployment benefit to lower the figures. No Government is stupid enough to change it.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

Don't worry. Labour will outdo everything that the Tories reached on unemployment levels over the next year. They will still blame Maggie though, because they will never take responsibility for their own flawed policies.Comment

Pray, do tell. Which untruth have I stated ? All of my predictions are sadly coming true for the British economy. If you want to look for untruths then perhaps look at Brown ('no return to boom and bust', 'nobody is worse off with the abolition of the 10% tax rate', 'low debt economy', 'we will have our troops back home in 2008' etc etc etc), Blair, Mandelson etc.
