Best Business Class for long haul?

Thinking of going with Air France...any opinions?

which is *the* best? or best value for money?

I have been pleased to use BA but they seem to have hiked the prices again and the points seem to be virtually unredeemable also.

To a certain extent, it depends where you're going

I was very impressed by Air New Zealand when we went round the world in August - just £3500 each for LHR-HKG-AKL/CHC-AKL-RAR-LAX-LHR in Business Premier.

Not all of the legs were the flat bed (esp across the Pacific) but the flat bed is good and long - and you can watch the movies from take off right through to landing.

If you can, get in the forward cabin (there's no first class on AirNZ) as there's less noise and people walking past.

That's a shame - the first class when I flew to LA was fantastic.

As others say, Singapore seem to always come out top. That said, BA were top in the Watchdog poll this week, which shows how unbalanced the poll was.

              It's only fare.
