Do you become an entrepreneur when your Accountant advises you to open a Ltd company?

If PAYE were more tax efficient would we still be entrepreneurs?

      Just wondered
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

The Meet The Experts in Lancashire sounds promising. Though I've missed two already.
McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."
Spock: "Trained? Judging from you, I would have guessed it was trial and error."

Too busy managing several projects, subcontracting out work, etc to be an entrepreneur right now.

If you ask an entrepreneur they will tell you that contractors are just employees without a constant boss.

I am a contractor but am really interested to be in business where the product is not solely my skill.
