anygood solicitors/accountants in the London area who can advise me on ...

Anyone know of any good accountants in the London area who can advise me on who to contact for legal advice on my Limited company that I dissolved Sep/2004.

Unfortunately I used my Abbey Business account associated with the Limited Company as a savings account AFTER I had dissolved the company, this means that Abbey froze the account (I cannot access money) and shipped the money to the inland revenue. That savings ALREADY had tax paid on it.

I just don't know what the hell to do.

I contacted ABBEY and they just put you on a phone queue. Companies House are not much use either .. they cannot advise, they talk of either writing in and getting only £3K back maximum or either reinstating your company for £3K and then you get the rest back (BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE ...).

    Please help.

How much money are we talking here?

I suspect your first port of call should be a solicitor rather than an accountant. However this is highly dependent on how much money is at stake as solicitors are generally more costly than accountants.
