    Is anybody getting slightly concerned?

Far be it for me to say, but the PM and Chancellors little show yesterday smacks of short-termism.

Is it beyond the realms of possiblity that he is trying to invoke short term stimulus to tide him over until the next general election. Excuse me if people think I am stating the obvious.

Brown is a very dangerous man now, he has nothing to lose which makes him even more dangerous and IMHO when he is done UK will be FUBAR.

I reckon it will become a bit like Italy, economically stagnant, corrupt, with a small % of very rich people and the rest (what once was the middle class) struggling to make ends meet.

The Brown can preside over his little grey socialist paradise, with beurocrats and forms and armies of vindictive civil servents controlling every aspect of life.

Am I being overly dystopic, but for the first time in a long time I am actually not just moaning but genuinely worried about the future.

      Not the least bit concerned.

Brown and Darling are creating a royal mess that will put the UK in deep trouble for decades to come.

I will think of you all whilst I am playing golf in NZ.

Golf??? the 'sport' for old fat gits who sold their trainers years ago to become their own grandfather, and now want to kid themselves that they are still actively playing sport??? The only 'sport' that is more boring to watch than cricket?
