When are you getting your Christmas Tree?

We used to get ours the weekend before Christmas, but since DD came along we tend to get it the first weekend of December.

So probably on Saturday.

We always get a real one, I just love the smell and the way the needles get everywhere!
Also, when we had cats, they used to enjoy climbing up it - much easier when its real wood.

Some of the neigbours have put the chistmas lights on so Christmas tree may go up at the weekend to please the kids.

Hum - should I get the one out of the loft or get a real one - we live right by a Chistmas Tree farm and the kids love going there to pick the tree

we've got a fake led one, bit sad, but with cats it's a lot easier.

two of the cats are still at the kittenish stage so i look forward to have all the decorations eaten and the tree pulled down on a regular basis.

I'll probably stick it up next weekend.

We have an ancient old plastic specimen from the 80s. Still as naff as ever, but lovely, too.

We are not bothering this year. Will be travelling too much.
