Benched by client but not yet by agency

So the client has told me, and everyone else, that all contractors are out by the end of the year (for many its in fact earlier) yet the agency has not informed me yet. My contract is with the agency and is in fact until end of February so I was thinking of waiting and if they don't contact me is to work out my average hours over the past couple of years and then invoice them each month until the contract runs out. What would you do?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Surely the client would need to give the agency notice, and in turn the agency gives you notice.

If the client doesn't do this then the agency will be billing them, and in turn you will be billing the agency as per the T&Cs of your contract?..

Just my own view, might not be legally correct etc..

Just out of interest, what work will you be billing them for?

I might try that. I'll wait until summer though.
