Jack Straw plans to 'rebalance' Human Rights Act

Shami Chakrabarti, the director of Liberty, said: "The public will have to judge this latest headline and decide if Britain's freedoms are safe in Mr Straw's hands."

If it means feral youths can be slapped around when they trespass on private property, or that women who have "Pools" kids (any 8 from 10 when deciding on fathers) are no longer entitled to a council flat, then great.

If it's anything that restricts the hard-working middle-classes then no-way.
When money ceases to be the tool by which men deal with one another, then men become the tools of men. Blood, whips and guns--or dollars. Take your choice - Ayn Rand, Atlas.

It's not assault, it's corrective measures.

I'm sure there's some anti-terror legislation that would cover it.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Like in Stansted? Where dozens of people cna block a runway no problem, but frustrated passengers complaing about it are marshalled by armed anti-terror police?
