    Where there's blame, there's a claim

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/environmen...?commentpage=1

People affected by worsening storms, heatwaves and floods could soon be able to sue the oil and power companies they blame for global warming, a leading climate expert has said.

Myles Allen, a physicist at Oxford University, said a breakthrough that allows scientists to judge the role man-made climate change played in extreme weather events could see a rush to the courts over the next decade.

    Bonkers!

Following this logic, those of us who have to cut our rates or find ourselves benched could sue Gordon Brown, George W Bush and the banks for fooking up the world’s economy.

Does that make it sound more appealing?

Gee, this is not good. Look at the dodgy data that went in to that mythical hockey stick model. Its been proven wrong time and time again yet its still held up by climate "scientists" as proof positive of man created global warming!

If there's one thing America needs, it's more lawyers. |
Can you imagine a world without lawyers? |

More public sector trollops. Of course the people suing will never have had a car, taken a flight, had light and heating, thus 'contributing' to the malaise.

It's a bit like a born disabled person suing their parents for birthing them.

Should be interesting to see that in court then. Would take about 20 years to call as witnesses all the scientists who believe in AGW, and about half an hour to call those that don't.

The reason that lady justice wears a blindfold is so she cannot see race, creed, or colour.
