    More manure for news

    http://www.contractoruk.com/news/002292.html

Read very slowly to maximise comprehension:

    There is no skills shortage.
There are lots and lots of IT graduates, more than the industry needs.
There is a shortage of the top 1% of IT graduates.
There is a shortage of realistic expectations.
There is a shortage of people who want to work for half the market rate.
There is a shortage of contractors who think agencies are worthwhile.
There is a shortage of integrity in the IT recruitment industry.

The answer is to dish out work permits to highly educated migrant workers from India. Why can't the government see this. FOR GOD SAKE, SAVE US FROM THE SKILLS SHORTAGES!!! ISSUE 20,000,000 MORE WORK PERMITS BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!!

Most client companies don't know how to use a contract IT resource effectively.

Right, anyone got an email address for the tossers at search?

Search aren't IT Recruitment Specialists, they're a fecking body-shop... Pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap.

            this is funny...

"This emerges at a time when the number of ICT managers in the UK has soared almost 35 per cent over the last four years, coinciding with a slump in software professionals of around 40,000.
            ",

so all the dipsticks trained in PM skills leaving a vacuum for skilled .Net people to come in and take the $$

            Milan.
