    When you die

Am going to talk to my accountant about this but as they are closed for X-mass just wondered if anyone here knew the answer?

What happens to the cash in your Ltd if you should die? I am director and my father is company secretary. Would the cash become part of my estate? Anybody with any details on this??

The shares of the company should go to whoever you mentioned in your will or (if you don't have one) to whoever should get them (wife, kids etc).

Unless they would want to continue running the company they'd probably pay to wind it down and get what's left after grubby Browns hands steal some of your hard earned money.
