    If it cheers you up a bit, estate agents have done far worse. About 40% of all positions have gone, and the rout is far from over.

    What's good about this is they now have the chance to find productive employment that benefits the economy

        The bird overseeing tenants at the letting agency I'm renting through certainly has other talents.

        I seriously considered locking her in my bedroom when she came round for a routine inspection. It must have been those FMBs she turned up in. Maybe next time if I fancy a bit of 3D porn for a change.
